This is our most used patient return device. The plate is stainless steel and is 3 3/4" X 4" in size. It is for use with all Cameron-Miller office/clinic electrosurgical systems. The male connector fits the 26-2992 cord. Please note that the cord used in the past was Model 26-0992 but this has been replaced by the Model 26-2992.

This plate is similar to the 26-0991 except that it is completely insulated with an epoxy coating.
